Our Mission

Our goal is to help you get to sleep tonight, tomorrow night, and every night thereafter.

In order to help you achieve the rest you need to feel recharged and ready for the day, we create in-depth guides to sleep health and tips. In addition, our team tests and reviews hundreds of related products – from mattresses to sleep apps – that help inspire better sleep.

I’ve been a helpless night owl since before I can remember, and I’m fascinated by all things sleep -- from the still-foggy understanding we have of the science of sleep to the products and techniques we’ve developed to help us get more of it. When it comes to insomnia treatments, I’ve tried everything. And as a big proponent of drug-free insomnia treatments like CBT-I, I’m so grateful to be able to spend my days (but no longer my nights) researching the latest and greatest in natural sleep solutions and sharing them on SleepHelp.

My love-hate relationship with sleep started when I was working full time and earning my MBA at night. There is nothing more frustrating than being dead-tired but not able to drift off to sleep. Thankfully, I now spend my days researching, testing, and reviewing all things sleep. From mattresses to anti-snoring mouthguards, you can bet I’ve tried it. I'm also passionate about sustainability and natural materials, and I try to incorporate that into the products I choose to help me sleep.
